At Impex Webstore, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Impex Webstore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
